National Geographic Kids is the first to bring us details on the coming Revolution titles.
Recently, Nintendo invited National Geographic Kids to check out the Revolution controller in
"The Revolution will be available later this year. You'll be able to use it with games you already have as well as with new games. Here are some old favorites and a few of the things you'll be able to do with this revolutionary new controller."
Donkey Konga-"Use two controls like drumsticks. Whenever you bring them down, you hear a drum beat or a symbol crash. Other players could get into the grove by shaking controllers like maracas or a tambourine"
Super Smash Bros.-"Every time you punch while holding a controller, your on-screen character will do the same! The Revolution remote controller also has a rumble feature, so it'll vibrate every time you're hit."
Zelda- "Wave the controller around to slash your sword, and even use a second controller to act as your shield! In the Zelda fishing mini-game, you can flick the remote like a fishing pole to catch a big one!"
According to this magazine, "You'll be able to use it with games you already have as well as with new games. Here are some old favorites and a few of the things you'll be able to do with this revolutionary new controller." what does this mean? Does this mean that old GameCube games are playable with the controller? Again we look to E3 2006 this May, wear Nintendo will pull the final curtain on the mystery machine.
