Resident Evil Revolution?

Resident Evil producer, Minoru Nakai, spoke with Jeux-France about Resident Evil Deadly Silence for the DS and his future work with the Revolution.

Nakai revealed that he is indeed involved in a Revolution project already, although the controller would provide great improvement in the series, it is not a Resident Evil title. He explained, "it would be perhaps more judicious to develop a game other than Resident Evil on Nintendo Revolution, before attacking this series, and this, to familiarize myself more with this new concept, in order to better benefit from the potential of the [controller] thereafter. We [are working] there in this moment..."

Resident Evil 5 is still on its way for the PS3 and the Xbox 360, Capcom has made no mention of a possible Revolution incarnation. On the bright side, maybe Capcom will pull a Resident Evil 4 and bring the game over to the Revolution eventually with loads of new features, like they did with the PS2.
