Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day challenges U.S. gamers this April!

Japan's Brain Training series is finally headed stateside, Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day and Big Brain Academy will be challenging U.S. DS owners when they launch April 17th and May 30th, respectively.

Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day challenges players with a series of mental activities, players will be challenged with everything from word memorization to counting and reading. As well as sudoku number puzzles, these puzzles have recently become very popular. Obviously, this is yet another title to take advantage of the Nintendo DS's touch-screen and other special features. Up to ten people can play via single-card download play as well.

"Young or old, everyone looks for ways to get a mental edge," says Reggie Fils-Aime, Nintendo of America's executive vice president of sales & marketing. "Our brain-training series, led by Brain Age, builds on the popularity of word and number puzzles and acts as a treadmill for the mind."
