The rumored GameCube bundle featuring Super Smash Bros. Melee will be available first in August's last week.
Last month we reported on a rumored GameCube bundle with Super Smash Bros. Melee, after an image of the deal appeared on Nintendo's website. And thanks to a recent press release, we can confirm that the bundle will be released in the final week of August, retailing for the anticipated price of $99.99, a $29.99 savings from the total price of purchasing the items separately.
Super Smash Bros. Melee has been a best seller since its 2001 release, and been the subject of tournaments nationwide. It received a "Teen" rating from the ESRB.
