Revolution Release Date Rumored

The French version of Amazon.com has recently updated its listing for the Nintendo Revolution to include a release date for the console. The retailer expects Nintendo to enter the next generation on June 15 of next year.

The site itself states that the date is not definite and is subject to change, all the while encouraging the immediate pre-order of the device for any and every Nintendo fanatic. Many stores publish expected launch dates for software without much actual information from Nintendo or anything to confirm what the actual date might be. However, this update gives us a decent reference and timeframe for the console's availability. One can only wonder about what the date may imply. Other rumors suggested a March or early Spring release for North America. The listing obviously doesn't answer the question of region or anything else, so one should take it as it is: a decent idea of when the console might launch that may or may not have any basis from Nintendo.
